~THE ALBAN TYLER FLUTE DUO(and Flute and Guitar Duo)~
Carol Alban and Nancy Tyler are co-principal flutists with the Bay Area Chamber Symphony. Carol also plays the guitar. They provide elegant classical live music for concerts, parties, weddings, receptions and other special events throughout the Bay Area(see below). A trio is also available. The Alban Tyler Flute Duo has performed extensively throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.
They had the honor of being featured in the lobby concert for the James Galway Master Class in Napa, California. Carol assisted Lady Galway in the teen part of the Master Class. They played at the Star-Studded Benefit for Christopher Rodriguez at Yoshi's Jazz Club, the World Flute Fest Concert at Carnegie Hall and the 2009 Bach and Beyond Concert at Lincoln Center.
